Inspection method for magnetic rings

The appearance of the magnetic ring can be visually inspected under normal lighting conditions.
The external dimensions of the magnetic ring are inspected using a vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.02mm under normal lighting conditions.
The comprehensive factor of the 3 magnetic rings was measured using a CF-3A magnetic ring sorter, with an excitation current set at 2.5A and a frequency of 40KHz.
The inductance of the four magnetic rings is measured using a YD2810D LCR digital bridge at a frequency of 1 KHz.
The induced electromotive force of the 5 magnetic rings is measured under specified conditions using the "UI100 High Frequency Power Source" and "UI9720 Magnetic Material Dynamic Analysis System".
The Curie point of the magnetic ring is measured using a YD2810D LCR digital bridge and a precision oven.
